3. Please have a decent layout that is good to the eyes but not too simple and rough-looking. I HATE layouts like that... Please also have some originality to your layout. It is preferred to have yourself make the layout but if the content is good and the layout is pleasing, you can bend this rule =).

4. Hits don't matter. Just as long as you have good content. Don't try to use me as a hit booster if your site is not doing quite as well as you wanted... I will automatically reject your application form if you have too many Affiliates because this will make me think that you're some annoying hit booster.
