First Impression
Your site made me want to stay longer. I'm a fan of the show Hannah Montana by the way :-P but even if I am that doesn't make me want to go through every Hannah Montana fansite. Your site has something that makes me want to stay. I think it's because of your site has a lot of cool pages. I really like your idea of having a forum and a chart. Not all fansites have those. That's what makes your site even more unique.

Layout
The image of your layout looks really pretty. It's so colorful and nice, but you should make your content bar closer to the image. At first, I didn't know whether your site had a layout because the content bar is way too far from the image. If the content bar was closer to the image, it would make a really nice layout. I like the designs and effects on it. Moreover, the content bar is nice too, it doesn't look messy and the choice of colors for it looks pretty. White and pink matches your site image and background.

Content
It's great to see that your site is running and active with the message boards. I really like that since the fans and visitors can chat and make friends. I also like your idea of having contests and other fun activities anyone could participate in. I think your site has a good amount of content since you have message boards, contest pages, and more. I don't know if your site has a credits page, I couldn't find that page, but if you do have a credits page you should make it easy to find. The credits page is very important because it shows everyone that you have given credit to the owner of the images or other things that you have used.

Your site is good, I know you will improve more and more each day if you keep up the good work. I think your site would look better if the content bar was closer to the image/banner. Also, you should add a credits page to your site. That's one of the most important pages on every site.
